Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaboration between the therapist and the client that focuses on increasing self awareness, alleviating presenting symptoms and developing an action plan tailored specifically for you in order to promote a healthier lifestyle.  


Individual therapy is a great way to expand your knowledge of self and increase your overall confidence.  


A combination of both counseling and coaching treatment modalities are utilized during sessions in order to enhance session content and effectiveness.  This therapy style allows me the ability to assist clients with my full potential by making true connections that relate the past to present and developing realistic goals for the future.
